A more complex will, ideal for those that want to leave some assets in a trust. This provides a further level of protection for those you care most about. Usually essential for families with young children, second marriages and those with vulnerable dependants.

Lasting Power of Attorney
An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you lose mental capacity. There are two types — Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare — and James can help you with one or both.
